Brew Kombucha at Home

Join Grant Ruhlman, founder and fermenter of local kombucha company “Homebucha” in an interactive workshop learning about this wonderful ancient beverage. We’ll discuss the history, health benefits, and techniques used to craft delicious kombucha in your home. Each participant will create their own SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast) and learn about fermenting, flavoring, bottling, carbonating, and even kegging home-brew kombucha. We’ll cap it off with a tasting of Homebucha flavors. Bring your curiosity and join us!
