Cilantro Artisan Foods is a local Durham company started by long time friends Maria Pacheco and Martha Arango. Cilantro features everyday Mexican food, made from scratch and using artisan techniques, without preservatives or additives. Maria, a Guanajuato – Mexico transplant, created Cilantro’s unique menu by bringing her childhood flavors to North Carolina. Martha loves combining her passion for Mexican food and culture and her graphic design background. Together they have built an amazing business, that we are proud to support!
