New Month, New Menu

This week we rolled our the new menu for $5 Lunch Specials.

Every weekday from 11-2pm, we serve delicious, healthy, and affordable meals at our Deli. Below is our weekly menu for October. Have a look and stop by this week to try one of our new dishes. And if you like what you try, come back next week to have it again, or try out our whole menu of delectable, house made options.

MONDAY

Brisket Fajita Rollup – Slow cooked brisket with onions, garlic, peppers, seasoning blend and rice rolled in a tortilla and served with tortilla chips and pico de gallo

Vegan Brisket Fajita Rollup – Same great veggie and rice with gardein beef strips

TUESDAY

Caponata Sub Sandwich – Eggplant Caponata, salami, provolone, drizzled with oil and vinegar on a sub roll served with an apple and chips

Vegan Caponata Sub Sandwich – Eggplant Caponata, vegan turkey, oil and vinegar on a sub roll served with an apple and chips

WEDNESDAY

Fall Squash Bowl – Roasted squash and beets with slow cooked turkey served on a bed of barley, lightly topped with pesto

Vegan Fall Squash Bowl – Roasted soy and vegan pesto

THURSDAY

Fall Salad – Roasted carrots, edamame, dried cranberries, toasted pumpkin seeds, and goat cheese served on a bed of mixed lettuce and topped with a light vinaigrette

Vegan Fall Salad – No goat cheese

FRIDAY

Lime Chicken – Marinated chicken served with rice and black beans with a side of Cuban Slaw

Vegan Option – Sweet potato and garbanzo bean salad with rice and black beans with side of Cuban Slaw
