Sprouting & Microgreens: Homegrown Living Foods

March 18 @ 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm

With Christina & Christelle

Do you want to grow healthy protein-rich food indoors year-round? If so,  sprouting is for you!

Sprouts & Microgreens are bursting with life! Join us to learn about the health benefits of sprouting seeds, beans, and grains, and soaking nuts. We’ll demonstrate how to easily grow sprouts and microgreens at home in a few basic steps. You’ll get to taste a variety of sprouted seeds, homemade sprouted hummus on sprouted bread, and fresh almond milk. You’ll take sprouting jars home with you along with a PDF handout with instructions on growing your seeds. It will also include recipes for making sprouted foods such as nut cheese, nut ice cream, walnut tacos, a fermented sprout drink, and more!
