Do you have leftover seeds from this year’s sowing or perhaps you’ve collected some from your garden? Or looking to try some different varieties this coming season?
Join us for seed trading and seed saving in the Cafe’ of the Co-op on Sunday, January 28th, from 2pm to 4pm. All seeds welcome, whether vegetable, flower, or others, commercially produced or home grown! Just make sure your seeds are well labelled so folks know what they’re taking home. Don’t have any seed to swap this time? No worries! We have a wonderful variety of Southern Exposure seeds that are available for purchase right here in the Co-op! Because we know that garden planning is hard work, we will also have some free and tasty refreshments for participants!
We will also be joined by 3 master gardeners from the Durham County cooperative extension who will be ready to take your questions and armed with tons of resources on great and effective horticulture practices in your neck of the woods. You don’t want to miss your chance to make the garden of your dreams!
