Mix liquids and pour over ice.
Garnish with orange slices. Enjoy!

Roast Turkey Reuben Sandwich with Kimchi

A twist on the classic Reuben sandwich with Plainville roast
turkey* (on sale-10% off), spicy Two Chicks kimchi (on sale –
15% off), tangy russian dressing and Cabot cheddar cheese
(on sale – $6.99lb) on rye that is grilled until golden brown and
the cheese has melted.

Ingredients
1 tsp butter
2 T Two Chicks kimchi, squeezed, drained and chopped
1 T butter
2 slices rye
1/2 C Cabot cheddar cheese, shredded
1-2 slices Plainville roast turkey
1 T russian or thousand island dressing

Directions
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat until it bubbles, add the kimchi and sauté until the moisture has evaporated, about 2-3 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Butter the outside of each slice of bread, sprinkle half of the cheese on the inside of one slice of bread, top with the turkey, kimchi, dressing, the remaining cheese and finally the other slice of bread. Grill sanwich until golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 2-4 minutes per side.
