Meatless Mondays

Meatless Mondays — your weekly destination for affordable, authentic, distinct, healthy, tasty, GREAT vegan food. The Durham Co-op serves many delicious plant-based options every day, but Mondays from 4-8pm, we let our staff’s favorite vegan dishes take center stage and offer the opportunity for everyone to sample the quality, plant-based foods we have to offer.

Whether you’ve frequented our weekly dinners or you’re on the look out for something new, you can expect to find delicious vegan food on our cafe hot bar.

$5 Lunch Specials

Quinoa Veggie Bowl – quinoa topped with black beans, corn, sweet potato, seasoned with fire roasted peppers, lime, and avocado dressing


Every Wednesday Zac Schell, the Co-op’s Wine & Beer Coordinator, puts on a free tasting at the store from 5:00 to 7:00. He picks some of his favorite wines, usually according to a theme. Zac is a decorated wine and beer specialist who uses creativity in all of his tastings….so be on the lookout for unique parings and suggestions. Also, If you want a whole glass of one of the offerings, its only $3 to anyone who wants one, 21+.
