Part-Time Front End Cashier

~10-20 hours/week

The Durham Co-op Market is seeking a technologically skilled, organized, and flexible cashier for the Front End. This person must be able to work with a calm sense of urgency. Previous cashier experience and familiarity with natural foods preferred but not required. Potential cashier must be able to keep up with daily/weekly communication with Front End Manager via Front End Notebook and staff huddle (mandated meetings/trainings).

Requirements:

• Must be available PM Shifts/Weekend/Holiday, Mon-Fri during the hours 130-930p and Sat/Sun 630a-930p with little to no scheduling restrictions
• Exhibits outstanding customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Takes initiative in problem solving tasks
• Exude professionalism at all times
• Works well on a TEAM
