Wellness Talk: Tonics & Bitters with Urban Moonshine

Come learn about herb tonics and how they support overall health.. Tonics are an age-old category of herbs that are used to strengthen the body as a form of preventative medicine. Bitters stimulate our body’s innate digestive response and optimize digestive function. They can also be used for acute needs like upset stomach, indigestion, or occasional heartburn – take them after a meal or whenever you need them!

Urban Moonshine works to bring herbal medicine to the forefront of the healthcare conversation, focusing on prevention and empowering people to create home herbal apothecaries. They believe the next generation of healthcare is going to focus on prevention and improving quality of life, not just disease and illness.

Amy Trynoski is Urban Moonshine’s National Accounts Director and herbal ambassador on the ground. She brings in-depth knowledge of botanical medicine from her continued study of herbal medicine, including her time at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine. Amy is an outdoor enthusiast, health advocate, and a certified yoga teacher. As a traveling sales rep and educator, she enjoys spreading herbal knowledge to Urban Moonshine’s nation-wide network of enthusiasts.
